OM Team offer is mainly oriented towards the Manufacturing industry, which inherits competences and experiences acquired during the years of the Operations Management research group of University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.

Among the main intervention areas, OM Team addresses the manufacturing processes, specifically production lines/departments, throughout OEE optimization and Lean Manufacturing approaches, and the logistics processes, in terms of both flows management and streamlining of warehouses and operations.
